2. Purpose of processing and legal bases

The Processing of your data is carried out by Nortech Elettronica Srl in the performance of its economic and commercial activities for purposes related to the establishment, management and execution of contractual relationships.

In particular, the data will be processed for purposes strictly connected to the execution and management of the contract such as (by way of example and without limitation, such purposes):

a) execution of the contract;
b) fulfillment of obligations provided by laws connected to the contractual relationship;
c) management of the contract, for example relationships with agents, representatives, clients and/or
contractors;
d) any external professional collaborations for the fulfillment of legal obligations;
e) protection of contractual rights.

The Processing of data for the purposes above does not require the acquisition of specific consent as Nortech Elettronica Srl can avail itself of the following exemptions:

i.) execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party or execution of
pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same;
ii.) fulfillment of regulatory obligations to which the Data Controller is subject. We remind you that the provision of personal data is mandatory only for data whose Processing is imposed by a legal obligation, however any failure to provide such data may jeopardize the finalization of contracts and/or the provision of the requested products/services.

3. Type of personal data processed

The personal data processed, which may be collected and processed for the purposes indicated above, are those voluntarily provided by the interested party for the conclusion of the Contract with Nortech Elettronica Srl

In particular, Nortech Elettronica Srl processes the following types of personal data:

• • identification and contact data (e.g. name, surname, e-mail and telephone contacts);
• • bank details for the payment of contractual fees
• • any other personal data provided by the interested party.

4. Source of data
Personal data are:

• – collected directly from the interested party;
• – collected from third parties during the contract negotiation phase;

5. Data processing methods

The data processing is carried out by Nortech Elettronica Srl mainly with the aid of IT/telematic tools or, if necessary, with manual procedures and in any case with the adoption of precautions and cautions aimed at avoiding the improper use or undue dissemination of the data themselves through technical/organizational security measures aimed at guaranteeing an adequate level of security.

Your data will be stored in compliance with the applicable legislation for the protection of personal data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship for the supply of electricity and/or natural gas, except for legal obligations (e.g. civil obligation to keep accounting and
tax documentation for at least 10 years).

6. Categories of recipients of personal data

The data will not be communicated to unspecified third parties but, for the achievement of the purposes indicated in this information, they may be communicated to specific categories of recipients, including

• • authorized and properly trained Nortech Elettronica employees ;
• • consultants and/or third-party service providers (e.g. consultancy companies) who process data on behalf of Nortech Elettronica as Data Processors;
• • public or private entities to whom the communication of data is mandatory.

7. Exercise of rights

Pursuant to the GDPR, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation at any time of the existence or otherwise of his/her data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same article,
the interested party has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. He/she may also request the limitation of processing, exercise portability and lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), in the event that he/she believes
that the processing concerning him/her violates the provisions of the GDPR itself.
