Conformal Coating and Potting

In a specially built area, acrylic, silicone and gluing are carried out. These are made with the aid of an automatic dispenser or manually. The activities are carried out with an automatic handling line, increasing productivity and qualitative repeatability of the result.

In the same area, potting operations on electronic boards are carried out in plastic or other materials casings, through special two-component resin coaters. In the area there are also climatic cabins for meeting the products’ thermal polymerization requirements.
